Hot Child in the City!

I can be such a procrastinator when I wanna be--prime example---putting off doing this blog as long as I can. My life has been a giant tornado of busy-ness lately--I'm not sure if I told you--my job kinda got switched around and now I am a personal assistant to a lady that I was already working with--LOVE IT!!---probably the most excited I have ever been about a job since I got promoted to asst manager at gadzooks--and that was..........6 years ago??---and boy has a lot happened since those good ol days--I miss it at times--just all the uncertainty about everything at that time---added a cool mystery to it. Anyway--so I get promoted to PA---and on the side i'm still working a few days here and there at different facilities owned by the same company--at the same time my boss takes a vacay for some R&R and here I am--fresh into the new business and not having a clue what I'm doing. :-D Needless to say---it was a very interesting week while she was gone. I got a lot of hands on training when it comes to rental properties and how to handle the day to day activities associated with that------that same week----Ross goes to Dallas---so i'm on my own taking care of Liam--seeing him the sitter every morning at 8am--then hurrying to work or to a rental property to do a showing----skipping over lunches because everything was just crazy busy---guess it didn't help that it was the week before school was starting back up----i've probably spent over 125dollars on gas in 1 1/2 weeks already----then getting off work just to pick Liam up from the babysitters---to home and to sleep. WHEW. Ross birthday is next week---so... busy as a bee getting all his stuff planned!--pretty excited though because it's just another reason for all us friends to get together and eat good food and drink good wine---but its even more special because it's yo birthday! oh yess...

I found a house to rent finally!---Ross gave me the location of where he would prefer to live and it's the worst part of town to try and find anything other than people selling--but finally there was a ray of hope! And now my condo is just full of boxes--pictures propped against the wall--and cleaning supplies---unfortunately our move date falls on the weekend of one of my friends bachelorette party----that was going to be the highlight of this month--well next month---very beginning!----and now i'm stuck in town moving... :-( boooooooo

So now I'm just sitting at work--slow day-- :-) ---ready to be off work and with Liam. So ready to be moved into our new house---Ross and I went to walmart together for the first time in I don't know how long and he was like a kid in a candy store---saying we need this and this and this and this and this for our house....it was pretty cute. I'm usually the one talking about home decor and furniture--it was really nice to see him get excited about the move---especially since he will be closer to work----thats a bonus all in itself! If he's happy then i'm happy. :-)

You might have noticed my new gnarly picture--and here is the thing---I really like crazy random things---some may say that's inappropriate---who CARES! don't look at it. That pic was taken during a birthday party of my very BESTEST friend in the whole wide world--Miss Michelle---she is my rockstar girlfriend and I love everything about her...so when her and I go out---lives change---hahah! ;-) and of course I had my girl Jenny there holdin it down with her new fierce red hair---Oh how I love my red heads.

We should form our own little "entourage"---for those of you who have been invited to the one floating around facebook--i'm so sorry. The most ridiculous thing I have ever seen. If you need to know what i'm talking about then feel free to ask---not trying to knock your idea---whoever you are--but seriously??----somehow I think your IQ dropped as you were creating that group. :-) Just my opinion.
